Who are we?

Enchanted! I am Sofía Gimbert, and together with my colleagues Andrea and Carmen, we form Mi Esencia Psicología. What we are most passionate about is to see how the people we accompany manage to heal their emotional wounds, and learn to manage their inner world.

  • En caso de verlo necesario o de solicitarlo, ofrecemos una llamada gratuita de unos 10 minutos para conocer un poco sobre tu caso, asegurarnos de que estamos especializadas, y poder asignarte posteriormente a la psicóloga que más encaje contigo.

  • Sí. Los estudios más recientes han demostrado que es igual de eficaz, y además con la comodidad de poder hacerla desde casa, y de poder acceder a psicólogas más especializadas en lo que necesitas.

  • Por lo general, empezamos con una sesión por semana o cada dos semanas. Dependerá de tu caso y de lo que acuerdes con tu psicóloga tras su valoración y tus posibilidades. Al principio lo más recomendable es que sean semanales para poder conocerte mejor y avanzar de manera más rápida. A medida que vayamos progresando, se podrán espaciar las sesiones según vayas viendo avances.
