
The wounds of the past still affect me and sometimes I act in a way that I don’t like or that doesn’t do me good. I would like to repair them, treat myself with more compassion and have more tools.

I have already tried therapy and it did not work, they only gave me superficial advice, but they either did not solve what was wrong with me or it came back on the other side.
