With an extract potential of 37 PPG and a color of 3 °Lovibond, Golden Promise brews a shade deeper than standard pale malt while keeping the wort bright and golden. Its mellow character makes it equally at home carrying a malt-forward Scottish ale or supporting a delicately hopped pale.
