Azure Market Coffees have been wildly popular with customers, and so they decided to expand their collection of perfectly roasted Azure Market Organics coffee beans! The beans are roasted using a fluidized bed of hot air, a unique process that levitates the beans. This means the beans are never subjected to uneven heat which can result in a burnt or bitter flavor. Instead, our process ensures you can taste the complex flavor of these perfectly grown beans harvested under peak conditions. The result is a consistent, mellow, smooth flavor for a cup you’ll look forward to each and every day!
Did you know that coffee is the second largest commodity, second only to oil? Specialty blends, such as Azure's, are sourced from the top 0.5% - 1% of all coffee beans. Their farmers harvest under peak conditions, and our beans are carefully stored and packaged properly to protect freshness. (Most mold found in coffee is a result of harvesting at the wrong times or improper storage.)

Directions
Cold brew concentrate is simple to make at home.
- Combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee beans for every four cups of filtered water. It is easiest to add the coffee to a large jar or pitcher, then add the water, and gently stir. Leave the mixture to steep overnight.
- Pour the brew mixture over cheesecloth or a fine mesh coffee/tea strainer into a clean jar to separate the cold brew from the grounds.
- When serving, dilute the cold brew according to your preference by adding water, ice, or milk to satisfy your taste. Serve cold.
- Store your cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed jar or container.
